How does the system work for digital transcription?

Each physician dictates notes on a digital voice recorder that functions much like a tape recorder. After he/she finishes the dictation, the voice file can be copied to the PC by USB connectivity and upload it over the Internet to us. After the transcription is done, we send them back to you over the Internet as Microsoft Word documents, which can then be printed, mailed, and filed.
